The Berean Bible Fellowship is a fellowship of individual believers in Christ who have banded together to promote "the gospel of the grace of God" and the Word of God, rightly divided (Acts 20:24; 2 Timothy 2:15). The purposes of the Berean Bible Fellowship are to win the lost to Christ, and to edify, unify, and equip individuals, local churches, and para church organizations within the whole of the Grace Movement.

Believing the whole Bible to be the inspired, infallible Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16,17), and desiring to be workmen who need not be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of Truth (2 Timothy 2:15), and believing that this can be done only through a recognition of the distinctive ministry of Paul, the apostle of the Gentiles (Romans 11:13), to whom alone by revelation was committed the dispensation of the mystery and the gospel of the grace of God (Ephesians 3:1-9), and recognizing the need for an organization to coordinate the efforts of those who proclaim the whole counsel of God in the light of these facts, the Berean Bible Fellowship was formed in November 1968.
